Close proximity to town - businesses and houses
The health and safety risks is brings with closes proximity to town
The associated small that it will bring
Associated traffic on an already busy and over stretched road close to a large junction. Turning large delivery vehicles cause additional disruption and risk to an already dangerous stretch of road.
Eye soar - not keeping in with the beauty of the local countryside
Flooding risk - right next to flood plans - will add risk to potential more flooding and the flooding combined with animal waste could contaminate water and provide health and safety risk to local area
