I am seriously concerned about the impact of this application in a built up residential and commercial area.
It will have a huge impact on both the residents and the people working within the local area.
It is bad for the environment, will impact local wildlife and will make it a very unpleasant place to live.
It will also increase traffic on the A1307, which is already a very dangerous road that has seen many fatalities over the years.
It will be very unsightly for any business coming in from Cambridge and could potentially have a huge impact on any potential business coming into the area.
As someone who works and travels to the Epicentre daily, I strongly object against this application.
