The location of this plant is in the wrong location, it's within 500 meters from a Nursery, Restaurant and Housing Estate(150 family houses at least). It's on a floodplain and also on a major busy A1307 road, which will get even busier with all the new houses that is currently built in Haverhill, plus the extra plant traffic of HGVs and tractors, etc. There are loads of better locations to build a plant like this.
