I reiterate the countless sentiments of so many Haverhill residents in opposing this proposal.
It's with such disappointment that I have read about the planned installation at the entrance of our town.
My parents live very close to the site and I am very worried about the impact of increased traffic and pollution to this area. I also think the site will have a detrimental affect on any growth in the town, with some employers already stating that they will move their business elsewhere if this plan goes ahead. This is a big concern for future generations of Haverhill.
