I object to this application because the location is too close to existing residential areas and small businesses and is likely to be detrimental to the air quality in the locality and surrounding villages especially during the loading and unloading of the waste materials and spent digestate . The site is in a flood zone three area which has flooded twice in the last few years so is a risk of pollution of the waterways passing through the site . The increase in traffic on the local roads and the A1307 pose a significant risk for congestion and likelyhood of accidents/ collisions which if the gas tankers are involved could be horrendous . The access road for the tankers is on the approach to a roundabout which is already severely congested at peak times. The location of the proposed spent digestate lagoons at the NE end of the proposed pipeline is adjacent to the stour brook which poses a further risk of waterway pollution
