You only have to drive past the site in Baldock to get a sense of how bad this will smell and that site is in the middle of farmland far from any residential properties.
What measures have been put in place to negate this smell? If it is the same plant as Baldock, this will negatively impact property prices (at which point people could potentially take you to court) and businesses in the area. There is a restaurant not far from this site.
I would strongly recommend relocation to somewhere further into the countryside where it will not negatively impact others.
