I lived near the Baldock one, no thanks on a hot day. Degrees over summer and how long we have hot days is ever increasing. Meaning smellier times.
Put it somewhere else in the countryside. Haverhill will have nothing but a smelly town soon. I wouldn't buy here if it stank! Unfortunately I do not have the fund to leave, if this was in Haverhill 16 years ago we would not have bought.
