This application appears to cause unacceptable issues for Haverhill. Is there any benefit for residents? Why would residents want a waste processing facility on their doorstep, akin to having a compost bin outside of your front door. It has the potential to be unsightly and effect air quality in the area. Is there a reason why this facility cannot be constructed in an industrial area?
