Comment for planning application SCC/0045/23SE

I am objecting to this planning proposal on the basis of the following reasons, A) After the recent explosion in Oxfordshire, the close proximity of this plant to many houses around this area poses a significant risk to life if that were to happen. There is also a Childrens Nursery close by. B)Road Safety - Vehicles leaving the plant will entering onto the A1307, a very busy and fast road. Heavy lorries are notoriously slow at getting away and up to speed. This will cause a real risk of accidents at this spot. C) Noise pollution from additional heavy lorries D) Odor, the stench these types of facilities release into the atmosphere carries for miles. It is absolute nonsense for the planners to say otherwise. This will have a significant effect on businesses in this area like the Flying Shuttle (Restaurant and Bar), The Epicentre , and a children's nursery, not forgetting the whole town of Haverhill when the wind is in the wrong direction. E) My understanding is that this facility will be producing methane gas, this is highly inflammable gas , and it also produces CO2, not particularly environmental friendly. F) Whilst planners may not take this into account, the devaluation of houses in the Haverhill area will be real to those home owners., which is as an utter travesty. There are plenty of other areas away from houses, towns and villages where this could be situated . G) The area where this will be situated is currently home to hundreds of animals, birds and other wild life. There has already been acres & acres of land lost to housing in the north of Haverhill area. This would add a further burden to wildlife in this area. H) I cannot see any good reason for this plant being situated here for the people of Haverhill. It is not gong to bring other businesses in, it is not even going to produce masses of job opportunities. For the good people of Haverhill please do not allow this to happen in this lovely area west of our town.
