- there will be limited long term employment benefits for the town
- whilst we must look at greener energy sources none of what will be produced here benefits Haverhill
- the a1307 is already extremely busy and dangerous, it is also very damaged in places. Constant movement of large vehicles increase the danger, pollution and reduces traffic flow which has a negative impact on residents.
- the smell that will be generated will negatively effect my home. Who wants to live near this? If you go ahead you must compensate all those you negatively impact.
- this is a monstrosity to build at the entrance of any town and you will negatively affect the perception of Haverhill and likely reduce any further development if the town as it will not be a place people want to live.
- I would like to see reasons as to why this has to be built so visibly close to the town and road. There is plenty of surrounding land that is set further back and would therefore have less of a negative impact on the roads, town and residents of the town.
- why should something that so negatively affects my town not provide any benefits for it? It's like dumping on someone else's doorstep.
- I want full disclosure in the amount if traffic, noise and smell that will be generated and if it exceeds what you say I want to know what you do about that? This would avoid giving us misleading information upfront.
- the area is full of wonderful wildlife which you will destroy.
- I cannot fathom why you would consider building in an area that is a flood plain and is renowned for flooding! This will impact the a1307 and peoples homes.
