My husband and I strongly object to the construction and operation of an anaerobic digestion facility at this location, as it will significantly impact our quality of life at home. Our cottage is a Grade II listed, 400-year-old property situated just 250 metres from the proposed site. It represents the culmination of our hard work throughout our careers and was purchased with our retirement in mind. As keen outdoor enthusiasts with a large garden to maintain, we are deeply concerned that the odours emitted from this facility will severely hinder our enjoyment of our home and outdoor space. Additionally, we are already affected by high levels of traffic on the A1307. An increase in heavy vehicle movement associated with this facility will only exacerbate the situation, making access to and from our driveway even more hazardous.
