I object to the planned development on the grounds of its close proximity to housing, the smell associated with these kinds of operations which will blight the whole of Haverhill., it's position on land prone to flooding, the likelihood of it polluting the nearby watercourse particularly in flood conditions, the likelihood of infestation from flies and rats, the increase in heavy vehicle traffic movements, all create an unacceptable nuisance. As a 24 hour operation the noise and light pollution close to housing will be unacceptable. This proposed development will bring no benefit to the local community, on the contrary will damage the quality of living conditions for much of the town .
