I strongly object to the construction of the Biomethane Plant in Withersfield due to the following concerns:- - The increased traffic on the A1307 which is already a busy and congested road - already a High Casualty Route - Potential increase of flooding to the local area and risk of pollutants entering the local waterways - Air Pollution (Strong odour) from the processing affecting local residents. we live within a mile of the proposed site and are concerned about the smell, as we have family who live within a 5 mile radius from the biomethane plant located outside of Baldock and they can smell the odour from this plant - This is completely the wrong location and not wanted here.
