The proposed use of the site is completely inappropriate for its location which is close to residential, business and commercial properties. Haverhill has spent considerable time and money over the years in an effort to make a welcoming "gateway" into the town from the Cambridge direction. The siting of such a large, and potentially odour generating industrial facility such as the one proposed is, in my opinion unacceptable.
A more remote site that does not impact the town and its infrastructure should be sought.
