This is a blight on the landscape, its location and access is unsuitable for HGV. That is without the environmental issue of smell in the vicinity of a significant population. The Planners should take note of other locations of this type of installation where putrid gas is smelt for miles around the site. Possibly with reference to these prior installations the impact should be noted.
