It's going to cause further issues with flooding with the amount of concrete and non permeable materials being used to create such infrastructure.
Not to mention the dreadful smell it's going to bring to the town and the fact the town will not benefit anything from this. There is not a single positive impact this digester can bring to the town. Frankly it's a ridiculous proposal and with any luck it will be turned down so you can go build elsewhere. The town needs positive impacts none of this rubbish.
