I am seriously not convinced that there will be no negative impact on the surrounding area- is this REALLY the best area to locate such a development!? wWhat a great welcome to this or ant townNOT!!! ! I also have serious concerns regarding offensive odour emissionsand on researching other such facilities I remain further convinced that this application should be denied.
Haverhill as a whole is struggling as it is this development will in my opinion further add to its decline!
