I feel I have to object to this application on the grounds that other developments simular to this seem to have a detrimental effect on local residents due to the smell it creates for local properties. It is within a small distance from a pub and nursery who will no doubt suffer from this development as well as new housing estates. It will also increase the traffic on an already busy road that has a high casualty rate. Whilst I believe in the idea I believe this site is totally inappropriate because of the close proximity to the houses and the type of businesses around it.
