We, as a household object to this application greatly. Haverhill is not the town for this. The smells that will be generated will greatly impact the town and visitors to it.
The size of the plot will ruin the views in the area and impact on wildlife also. The increased volume of traffic is also of great concern. There is not the structure in place to support such a sight and any attempt to do this ruins the town, it's reputation and image. This will only further discourage visitors to the town, that will have a huge impact on Haverhills businesses. Haverhill is not the place for this.
