As a resident of Haverhill I object on the basis that the proposed construction of the anaerobic digestion facility is in too close a proximity to the town that the noxious odours that will come from the facility will have a detrimental effect to the town in terms of investment and also the fouls smelling airborne emissions will cause physical and mental discomfort to those inhabiting the local area.
