strongly object to the construction of the Biomethane Plant in Withersfield due to the following concerns:- - Location: this is completely the wrong location for this the A1307 is already extremely busy and a highly congested route, an extra 148 lorrys in peak time will be catastrophic on that road. Has another's site been considered? Pollution.:This area is already a level 3 flood risk surely this structure will increase flooding, has a flood report been submitted? Environment:- it's proximity to the Stour brook and on the edge of West Town Park is a threat to both wildlife and public space. Smell: Having been past the site at Baldock which has an horrendous smell and this travels for well over a mile, we have family members near Baldock and they can smell this from their house, this will affect most us in Haverhill & the surrounding villages our life will become unbearable if this is allowed.
