Dear Andrew Rutter, I am 11 years old and live on the Arboretum estate. I would like to object to the planning application for the Anaerobic Digestion plant at Spring Grove Farm. The reason I'm objecting is because I was recently going past one of these anaerobic digester plants and it stunk! It made me feel sick and I had to hold my breath because I couldn't take the smell. If this is what we on the Arboretum estate are going to have to smell each and every day, it's going to affect our health and our everyday life. As a young child I will not be able to get the lovely fresh air that I should have. With the new estate coming, do you really think that people want to buy a house with that smell going around? and what happens if this is built and people try to sell their houses? Since we've had rain the past few days, the field Acorn want to build the anaerobic digester plant on has flooded, it looks like a big swimming pool, there's so much water. And with children being on the estate, if we want to go out and exercise on the footpaths and the fields around Spring Grove, we are not going to be able to if this gets built. We're all going to become overweight since Acorn want to build such big things on that field, which then means we have to walk beside the road which has a high chance of us getting run over with more traffic. We also will not be able to see our lovely countryside, fields and beautiful things like trees, bushes and animals that Mother Earth provided, because you will have huge buildings you can't look past. Thurlow have a lot of land, so why on earth are they trying to build something in Haverhill, when they have more open space and a better place to put it? Your sincerely, Lois House of Boughtwood
