I have lived in Haverhill all my life, I have seen it grow for better, and for worse, I have seen the community come together in times of hardship, and also seen it divided. But one thing for certain is that this planning application will bring nothing but detriment to the local thriving, growing area. I'm all for bio energy, and green alternatives, but there are better ways, and this is not one of them.
