I wish to object to the biogas facility because it will smell and I have concerns about its safety, given the recent explosion near Oxford.
I am also extremely concerned about the detrimental effect it will have on local wildlife and the increased risk of pests like rats the plant will bring.
No-one should have to live with that kind of smell and it will be horrible for all of us living here.
Please do not allow this plant to be built.
