I object to this application due to following.
Haverhill will not benefit from this in any way. Milton Keynes will, so put it there, save on transport costs and pollution caused by transport. We don't want the smell, our roads are already in a shocking state without the extra heavy traffic involved. Flood risk, you can't build on a flood plain without disastrous consequences, pollution into the nearby reservoir affecting fish and wild life.
