I am largely concerned about this development due to the possibility of air quality in my area and the increased traffic on the already overcrowded adjacent roads. I live very local to the proposed site and the smell these plants are capable of producing concerns me hugely. I worry that windows and doors will need to be closed on my property during the warmest seasons and the use of my own garden hindered by potential foul smells. Already the lorry's using the A1307 and the A1017 running adjacent to my property are a noise issue and the further traffic to and from the plant will not help this situation. The appearance of the area is also a concern recently reading up on these plants they are not pretty and are difficult to screen off due to their size.
