Outrageous that this processing plant is being proposed.
- placing this large site it at the major route into Haverhill- at Haverhill's gateway sends an terrible visual and olfactory message to the traveller about the town which will have a lasting negative effect on its image , investment and future prosperity.
- placing it near a huge, densely populated housing area is outrageous.
- the visual impact and smells would be unacceptable to the local population.
- the negative impact of HGV transport on already fragile, narrow, worn out local roads will will be immense.
- the impact on Withersfield amenity - a pleasant local village will be shocking.
This proposal is for a structure and facility that is simply in the wrong place.
