My wife and I live in Billings close which is on hill towards the east of the proposed site. Currenty as well as severe mobility issues I suffer from Asthma and COPD. The prevailing wind comes down the valley towards us we are concerned about the smell and being unable to enjoy our garden. We are also concerned over the increase in traffic on a road system that has already been prived to have severe issues. The site lies on a flood plain and we have seen over many years that Haverhill even with its extensive flood intervention systems has flooded on numerous occasions. Haverhill has a growing population with a high number of young people requiring in town schooling this proposed industrial site will provide no benefits to the young, jobs for the working aged or improvements for the elderly. We moved here from south London to have a better quality of life and environment this proposal will ruin our life if allowed to go ahead.
