I would like to object to this planning permission. I have concerns with how close the unit is to a childcare center ( colour box) the information about the size of the explosion would hit this unit. Does it comply with DSEAR 2022? Nobody has ever told me how much this being built would effect the price of my house. The smell would effect daily life to multi families. The traffic produced from the lorry's coming and going will hugely impact a busy and already congested road.
