The location is too close to withersfield and Haverhill. What alternatives have been considered? My main objection is the proposed location. There will also be at peak times too much heavy traffic going onto the A1307, which is already a dangerous road. I question if the Flood risk been considered properly, the evidence suggests not. There is also the environmental impact, it's close to the flood park, where this are lots of natural habitats and public space that people use to walk. And the as mentioned abound about the location, the visual impact, I do not want to look out of my bedroom window and see that building on the horizon. The one in Baldock is on a road where there are no houses near, why can't this one be the same? There are no employment benefits to the town, 5 people is nothing.
