I strongly object to this application at the proposed site. As a local resident residing close by and a local business owner I am very concerned about the impact this type of facility will have on Haverhill. This will impact peoples initial impression when arriving in Haverhill from the A1307. The surrounding countryside will be ruined by the sight of the building. Why do you think that particular location is suitable for this type of facility? The increase of traffic, noise and odours will have a great impact on the community wellbeing by affecting the environmental conditions that children, families and individuals live in. The proposed site is literally across the road from a housing estate, a restaurant, a nursery and would be one of the first 2 buildings anyone will see at the 'gateway' to Haverhill. What better marketing and inspiration is that going to be to visitors and prospective businesses to the high street , industrial estates and the Epicentre? We as a community need to be doing everything we can to help improve our town not diminishing future prospects of building economic growth. Surely a more suitable site can be located out of sight and proximity of the said above.
