Main reason for objection is that I noticed that one of the other plants in the country exploded due to lightning strike recently. Whilst lightning strikes are uncommon, they are not in this area of Haverhill. There have been two lightning strikes in a 7 month period in the last year with my house being one of them and both houses are within 1 mile of the proposed location so this area is extremely prone to lightning strikes. I'm also advised the smell will permeate and therefore living so close, would not be a nice situation for my family. The a1307 is also a high casualty route and the additional congestion will not help, along with the increased flood risk.
