I own the adjoining residential property to this application and need to raise the following objections
1 the smells from this site are obnoxious in summer months rendered my patio unusable and no washing put out
2 The early starts some as early as 5.30am ..lorries running warning alarms on machinery beeping from 605am ,repairs to there equipment in yard with angle grinders and battery nut guns( Saturday afternoons 1.00pm
3 ,grinding of skips or bins being dragged across concrete ..
4 other recent development along same road restricted to 7.30am start and 5.30 finish as in residental perimeter and there further away .
